1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the aiborg website, learner portal, and participation in aiborg training programmes. By registering, enrolling, or accessing any aiborg service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with enrolment.
2. Definitions

| Session | A 90-minute live online class delivered via Google Meet |
| Portal | The aiborg learner portal accessible at learn.aiborg.ai |
| Taster Session | A free 60-minute introductory session with no obligation to enrol |
3. Eligibility
aiborg programmes are open to learners aged 10 and above. Learners under 18 must have a parent or guardian who consents to enrolment and accepts these Terms on their behalf. We may request proof of age or parental consent at any time.
4. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment is confirmed only when full payment has been received. Payment may be made via the methods available on the portal (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer where applicable). All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
A registration fee may apply. Module fees and full programme fees are as displayed at the time of enrolment. All sales are final.
5. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits once payment has been made. If you have concerns about your enrolment, please contact contact@aiborg.ai and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, books, slides, recordings, and resources provided by aiborg are the intellectual property of aiborg and its author, Hirendra Vikram. Learners may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
Learners are expected to behave respectfully during sessions and on the portal. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the programme. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
aiborg provides training and educational content. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary increases, or specific career results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the programme in question.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the portal, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
