What It Does
DALL-E is OpenAI's image generation model, available directly inside ChatGPT. You describe an image in natural language and DALL-E produces it. The current version (DALL-E 3) understands complex spatial relationships, text rendering, and stylistic instructions far better than its predecessors.

Type: "A watercolour illustration of a small bookshop on a

cat sitting in the doorway." Study the result. Now refine:
"Make the shop sign say `Curious Pages' and add a bicycle
leaning against the wall." Notice how DALL-E 3 handles text in
images—a major improvement over earlier models, though still
imperfect. Try a third prompt that changes only the artistic style:
"Same scene, but as a Japanese woodblock print."
